High Season

Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Jan, Feb

Daily - $245

Weekly - $1500

Low Season

Dec, Nov, Mar, Apr, May

Daily - $225

Weekly - $1325

Rental Policies

2 night minimum on all reservations, rates subject to change without notice.

$500.00 security deposit required.

Deposits are non refundable unless we can rent the property for the same period at the same amount.

There is a 10% service charge on all refunds.

Long distance calls by prepay phone card only.

No smoking or pets allowed.
